Web Mail Instructions For AtTheTipWeb.com Customers

If you have hosting with AtTheTipWebs.com you can check your e-mail from anywhere in the world as long as you are connected to the internet.

  1. Go to your web mail link (url) www.YourWebAddress.com/up. (Your web address then put / and up).
  2. Enter your user name (this is the name before your @ symbol of your e-mail address) and pass word, then click log-in.  (NOTE: Detailed web mail instructions can be downloaded on this screen / page).
  3. If it's your first time to log in, you will have to do a brief set-up.  After you enter the date click save.

You will then be taken to your mail screen.  There most things are self explanatory. 

NOTE:  If you have some sort of firewall set-up your web mail may kick you out if your connection ip address changes.

NOTE:  You need to log out when finished, if you don't the mail you checked and deleted may be back the next time you log in.
