Removing Auto Notification in the Paragon MLS

These instructions will give you step by step instructions on how to remove a customer / client from receiving the automatic e-mails that notifies them of MLS changes of property that meets their search criteria. It is not a good idea to keep those e-mails flowing during once you have them in escrow or if they request to be removed from the e-mail notification system.

  1. Log into the MLS

  2. Click Contacts then Modify Prospect/Contact

  3. Click on the contact's name, it will cause the Modify Contact box to pop up.

  4. Click on the E-mail Notification tab.

  5. Click on the Notification_status link (on). It will cause the Modify E-Mail Notification box to pop up.

  6. Change the Notification Status from on to Off.

  7. Click the Save link in the upper right hand corner. That will close the box.

  8. Then click the Close button, not the red X.

  9. That will take you back to the Contact View list. From there you can do other MLS functions.

End of instructions.
