Kim Web- Assigning Lock Boxes

These instructions will guide you through the process of assigning a lock box to a listing in Kim Web. Assigning a lock box to a listing will allow you to get showing notifications to your Palm Pilot if you have the Supra E-Key and allow you to log into Kim Web and get this information as well.

  1. Log into Kim Web. You can go to www.SupraEKey.com. (CARMLS members click here and skip to #4)

  2. Click on the Log in to Kim picture.

  3. Choose your Association/Board from the drop down menu.

  4. Once you get to your board log in screen, you should add this page to your favorites. Log into the system.

  5. Once in, click the Maintain link under the Assignments list.

    NOTE: If you are adding a new lock box to your site go to steps 6. If you are changing an existing box in your system, go to step 8.

  6. Click the button.

  7. Enter the data in all 3 boxes, check both check boxes, and click the button again.

    Note: Go to step 10.

  8. Find the box you need to re-assign and click on the KeyBox Serial #.

  9. When you get to the next page, change the Listing ID * (MLS Number) and click .

  10. That's it. From that point on, all showings will be reported to this website and will show in your Palm when you e-sync.

If you need to remove a box from your list, simply click on the KeyBox Serial #, then click the button.
