E-Mail Signatures Set-up Using Outlook ExpressSignatures are information that automatically fill in when you open an e-mail box to type a new e-mail message. You can set-up several different signatures but one is usually sufficient. These instructions will guide you through the set-up and use of the signatures.
That will set the signature. Once you click the
Create Mail button to type a new message,
the signature will automatically appear in the message box. See my example
below. If you did not set the signature to load automatically, you
can insert it after you type a message anytime by clicking
Insert, then
Signature (If you have more than one signature another signature
option box will open). End of instructions. |
